Your first day is right around the corner and we want to make your transition to the team as seamless as possible.

Parking
On your first day:
- Please enter the facility using the driveway off of E.Trindle Rd.
- After entering Gate 1, employee parking is available immediately to your left or right. Car parking is marked with white lines.
- Additional parking is available at the back of the property to the left, just before the Gate 2.
- Please do not park in the tractor trailer parking spots marked with longer yellow lines.
- After your first day:
- You can enter/exit the facility using Railroad Aven. or E. Trindle Rd. entrances. (If you enter the facility using the Railroad Ave. entrance, use the provided gate sensor or the last 6 digits of your social security number. To exit that gate, pull vehicle on to the speed bump and wait for the arm to raise.)
- Please park in the parking lot closest to the Shop located to the right of Gate 2 off of Railroad Ave.
- Please do not park in the tractor trailer parking spots marked with longer yellow lines.
Parking Guidelines & Safety Reminders
We want to ensure everyone stays safe and informed when navigating our parking lot.
- Backing-In is Highly Recommended:
- To improve visibility and safety, we encourage everyone to back into their parking spots when possible.
- Walking Safety Tips:
- Use designated walking paths.
- Stay Alert– This is a high-traffic area, avoid distractions like earbuds, headphones, or phone use while walking.
- Wear proper footwear for support and comfort.
Your safety is our top priority! If you have any questions, please reach out to your manager.
When You Arrive
Enter through the front door of the Corporate Office and have a seat on the couch. A member of our HR team will come out to meet you.
After your first day, go directly to the Shop building and enter through the main door.
First Day Expectations
Once we get you settled in, we will begin the orientation and onboarding process.
During your first day, we will:
- Give an overview of NAPA
- Review important policy and procedures
- Take a picture of you for your new hire announcement
- Give you a tour of the facility
- Introduce you to your new team
- Complete Safety Training
- Begin on-the-job training with a team member
What to Bring
We want your onboarding process to be as smooth and easy as possible. In order to do that, we ask that you bring the following items:
- Two forms of I-9 acceptable documents (for examples of acceptable documents, click here)
- We also suggest you bring a tumbler and/or mug for water and coffee.
Tool Drop Off:
- Available Monday- Friday 6:45AM- 11PM.
- You’ll coordinate with the Shop Manager to schedule a time to drop off your toolbox after your first day.
What to Wear
Required footwear:
- Closed toe with sturdy uppers for protection
- Oil-resistant and waterproof
- Slip-resistant soles
- Low heels for ankle support
- Secured laces for stability
Clothing:
- Wear casual, durable clothing that can get dirty until your company uniforms arrive.
