How is NAPA different from the competition?
Our owner understands the stress many truck drivers face because he was a driver. For that reason, his vision was for NAPA to be a Driver-focused company.
Today, our priority is to always do right by our Drivers. If for some reason we make a mistake, we will always do our best to make it right for our Drivers. That’s what makes NAPA different!
What is the home time policy?
We know home time is important to our Drivers. At NAPA, we’ve assigned personalize dispatch to each Driver to ensure they get their miles, hours, and home time.
What experience do I need to drive for NAPA?
We require at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience.
What benefits does NAPA offer?

What type of trucks does NAPA have? Are they governed?
We have automatic and manual Freightliners. Our trucks are governed at 65 mph on the throttle and 68 mph on cruise control.

Does NAPA have a Pet or Passenger policy?
All pets and all breed are permitted with written authorization and a $250 non-refundable deposit. All pets must be up-to-date on shots, kept on a leash and cleaned up after.
Additionally, one passenger (11 years or older) is permitted with written authorization. A parental consent form is required if the passenger is a minor.
How does NAPA keep me comfortable in my truck?
In addition to our pet policy, passenger policy, and home time, we provide the most comfortable sleeper cabs available. Also, we’ve installed DIRECTV in many of our trucks. Our subscription includes 100+ channels, Showtime, HBO, and NFL Sunday ticket at no charge to the Drivers.

When and where is orientation?
NAPA holds orientation every week in Mechanicsburg, PA. We provide transportation and accommodations for Drivers coming in from outside the area. We pay $1,000 for orientation in the first check.
