Northeast Logistics (NEL), a division of NAPA Transportation, Inc., is seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator to join our dynamic Brokerage Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily freight assignments and managing load life cycles within a designated region/customer base. Your primary goal is to ensure shipments are covered in a timely and cost-effective manner using qualified carriers that meet NEL’s hiring criteria.

- Freight Execution: Source and negotiate with qualified carriers to minimize costs and maximize profitability. Ensure 100% of booked shipments are dispatched daily. Consistently meet or exceed customer and company expectations for service expectations.
- Problem Solving: Manage real-time logistics challenges by identifying and implementing solutions for failed or open shipments.
- Carrier Relations: Proactively generate new carrier partnerships and strengthen existing relationships to increase capacity.
- Best-in-Class Communication: Provide clear, timely, and consistent updates to Drivers, Carriers, and Customers. Maintain exceptional service levels & fast response times.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Bonus
