Driver Recruiting Processor
Description
The Driver Recruiting Processor is critical in ensuring the timely and accurate qualification of drivers based on FMCSA-DOT and NAPA Transportation standards, as well as assisting with the onboarding process for driver candidates.
Responsibilities
- Screen & Verify Candidates: Ensure applicants meet FMCSA-DOT and NAPA standards, including background checks, MVRs, DAC, PSP, and criminal history checks.
- Generate Candidates: Use social media and advertising platforms to attract top driving talent.
- Candidate Engagement: Respond to inquiries and communicate with candidates through phone, email, and social media to gather missing information and keep them informed.
- Onboarding Support: Proactively reach out to incoming drivers to confirm attendance at orientation and assist with the onboarding process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and track candidate progress in software systems, ensuring 100% compliance with laws and company policies.
- Verification: Contact references and previous employers to verify driver records and work history.
- Collaboration: Refer unresolved issues to the recruiting team for quick resolution and work together to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, administration, or related field.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
