Parts & Inventory Manager
Description
As a Parts & Inventory Manager, you’ll lead NAPA’s parts and inventory operations that support our Maintenance Department. This position manages purchasing, inventory control, vendor relationships, and a team of parts clerks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily parts department operations to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management in compliance with company policies.
 - Manage inventory control levels & processes including part identification, parts availability, costing, system accuracy, and regular cycle counts.
 - Build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and source quality parts at the best value.
 - Lead, train, and support a team while promoting accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
 
Qualifications
- Previous experience in parts, inventory, or materials management (fleet or maintenance experience preferred).
 - Strong understanding of inventory systems and costing methods.
 - Proven leadership and communication skills.
 - Positive energy & a solution-focused mindset
 - Strong critical thinking skills.
