Fleet Operations Support
Description
As a Fleet Operations Support team member, you'll be the go-to resource for our professional drivers, helping ensure they feel supported, informed, and ready to hit the road. You'll work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Brokerage, and Breakdown to keep freight moving while delivering an exceptional driver experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist drivers at the terminal with a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- Answer driver questions, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
- Coordinate driver pick-ups and deliveries to meet customer requirements.
- Communicate expectations related to safety, compliance, and performance.
- Support multiple departments based on daily operational needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, shift notes, and daily updates.
- Represent and promote NAPA’s Core Values in everything you do.
Qualifications
- No experience required—we'll provide the training! Customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to supporting our drivers.
- Ability to work onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA.
Working Hours
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 4 days on, 4 days off rotation
Swing Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
