Regional Fleet Manager
Description
The Regional Fleet Manager drives the performance of assigned fleets through direct leadership of Driver Leaders. This role serves as a key accountability partner, providing coaching, performance oversight, and issue resolution across daily fleet operations to ensure productivity, on-time delivery, and retention goals are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Operations team through coaching and accountability
- Serve as a go-to resource for escalations and problem-solving
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve operational barriers and improve execution
- Balance accountability with advocacy, maintaining a driver-focused culture while ensuring operational excellence in on time delivery, productivity, and service quality
- Analyze service failures and reoccurring driver issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in fleet operations, transportation, or a related operational role
- Previous management experience required
- Positive energy & a solution-focused mindset
- Motivated by helping others & driving the right outcomes.
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and deliver in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work onsite
