Parts & Inventory Manager
Description

As a Parts & Inventory Manager, you’ll lead NAPA’s parts and inventory operations that support our Maintenance Department. This position manages purchasing, inventory control, vendor relationships, and a team of parts clerks.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily parts department operations to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage inventory control levels & processes including part identification, parts availability, costing, system accuracy, and regular cycle counts.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and source quality parts at the best value.
  • Lead, train, and support a team while promoting accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in parts, inventory, or materials management (fleet or maintenance experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of inventory systems and costing methods.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Positive energy & a solution-focused mindset
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
