Employees enrolled in NAPA’s medical plan will receive new ID cards with updated member ID numbers. Cards have already started arriving in the mail.
Action Required: Once you receive your new ID card, please provide your updated insurance information to your medical providers and pharmacies to ensure no disruption.
Previous member ID numbers are no longer active. You must begin using your new ID card immediately. If you present your old card for medical services or prescriptions, your coverage may appear inactive.
If you have not received your new ID card, you can access a digital copy by registering through Imagine360’s enhanced member portal. Once registered, you will be able to:
- Access a virtual copy of your ID card
- Find & compare providers, including cost comparison tools
- View claims and explanation of benefits (EOB) for services processed on or after June 1
- Submit balance bills
Important: Claims processed before June 1 will not be available in the new portal. If you have questions regarding claims prior to June 1, you may continue using the MiBenefits portal, contact Imagine360 Member Services at 844-713-1013, or reach out to the HR team for assistance.
