OPEN ENROLLMENT IS OPEN NOW through May 22!
Open Enrollment is officially open through May 22. This is a passive enrollment, which means no action is needed if you’re satisfied with your current coverage. Your elections will carry over automatically to the new plan year. If you’d like to make any changes to your coverage such as updating your benefit elections, changing the dependents listed on your coverage, or completing your annual spouse verification for your medical coverage, then head to the “Open Enrollment 2026” tab below!
YOUR BENEFITS
ELIGIBILITY
Employees that are eligible to participate in Open Enrollment must:
- Have completed at least 90 days of employment.
- Work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Eligible dependents include:
- Legally married spouses
- Spouses are eligible for medical coverage only if they do not have access to medical insurance through their own employer. A Spouse Verification Form must be completed and submitted to HR by May 22, 2026.
- Child(ren): Biological children, stepchildren, adopted children, children under the employee’s legal custody
- Eligible children must be under age 26. Disabled children age 26 or older may remain eligible if they meet applicable plan eligibility requirements.

HOW TO ENROLL
- Phone Enrollment: Call 855-206-2926 to speak with a licensed benefit counselor from McGriff Insurance Services (Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST)
- Online Enrollment: Complete the appropriate enrollment form in its entirety. Once submitted, the forms will be sent to Human Resources for processing.
