ELIGIBILITY
NAPA employees are eligible to enroll in benefits during:
- New Hire Eligibility: on the 90th day of employment
- Qualifying Life Event: within 30 days of marriage, divorce, loss of coverage, etc.
- Open Enrollment: annual opportunity in May to make changes (add/remove coverage)
HOW TO ENROLL
- Phone Enrollment: Call 223-777-4687 to speak with a licensed benefit counselor from BenRoll (Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM EST)
- Online Enrollment: Complete the appropriate enrollment form in its entirety. Once submitted, the forms will be sent to Human Resources for processing.
