NAPA employees may enroll in benefits during their 90-day new hire period, during the annual open enrollment period, or within 30 days of experiencing a qualifying life event.
To complete your benefit enrollment, use one of the following options:
- Call 223-777-4687 to connect with our enrollment partner, BenRoll Monday – Friday between 9:30AM- 6:00PM EST to make updates over the phone with a licensed benefits expert. That means no paperwork or online accounts!
- Click the appropriate link below, complete the form in full, and submit it. Once submitted, the forms will be sent directly to Human Resources.

Spouse Verification
- Click here to enroll your spouse in NAPA’s medical insurance plan. If this form is not completed by your insurance effective date, your spouse’s health insurance coverage may not be activated.
