Payroll Administrator
Description
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the preparation and processing of weekly payroll for a group of Drivers.
Responsibilities
- Verifies and indexes driver paperwork
- Enters Driver payroll data.
- Assists with Drivers with understanding NAPA’s pay system; ADP.
- Responds and resolves any inquiries regarding paychecks and settlements.
- Refers any unresolved issues to management.
- Performs other responsibilities as determined by business needs.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Above average computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
- Excellent written, listening, verbal and organizational skills; Ability to plan and organize workload; meet deadlines; attention to detail; Strong ability to work confidentially; ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team; Strong time management skills; above average interpersonal skills
